Bring the customer to an environmental execution: a success case from Europe!
Scatta e riscatta, or in the literal translation, Shoot and Redeem, is a project that is occurring in the Bottler Hellenic, in Italy, to improve the execution and bring the customer together inside this journey with the KO system.
Key objectives:
- Engage the customer to have the right assortment;
- Improve Chilled execution;
- Boosting prospecting time for new leads.
A fully integrate system, using technology, mobile app and the coca cola system expertise to rise volume, occupancy and achieve a better result!
Through this system, the program passed the barrier of 17k users in March of 2022 and achieving 88%, an average rise of 5% comparing with customers that doesn’t use the Scatta e Riscatta system.
