In this first training we have seen the coolerndar for the year, all the details and examples inside each process, and also started planning the individual dates for each Bottler

Diagnosis + Support
From now on we will have the Initial Diagnosis and the first support call together to enable the start of the consultancy earlier. In this way, we will be able to understand the biggest gaps, identify possible solutions and have action plans in advance
For this year, in Africa, we are planing to have the initial diagnosis phase divided in 3 parts, that can be seing below:
Part 1: Strategy + Procurement
Part 2: Control + Market
Part 3: Maintenance + Disposal
In this way, we will have more time to focus in each one of the process.
Ps: The 12 items already saw in the warm-up phase will not be seing again!
